Ace, born in Japan in 1977 moved to Los Santos in the late 1990's and worked as a legal informant for the LSPD for several years, with a Criminal Justice degree and several years of experience, Ace applied for the LSPD and worked up the ranks from Cadet all the way till he reached the Command Office of Chief of Police. These ups and downs make any strong officer when they get faced with this world. Chief Matsuko joined the Los Santos Police Department with one goal in mind. That was to serve his community and show the citizens of Los Santos he has made it his life goal to dedicate himself to a better and safer future. He continues to put his team and department first and his continued stance on what it takes to achieve your dreams.
