Office of Public Affairs
The Office of Public Affairs maintains and works with the public in hiring new Officers, training new Officers, and the investigation of all Officers no matter the rank.Â
Note: All investigations are internal, At no point in time is information about an investigation required to be given out at any time. Any information given to the public, will ensure that all private information will NOT be made public for Officer, Victim, and Public safety.
When officers are hired into the Office of Public Affairs, Officers are placed into a selection process in where Command staff of the Office of Public Affairs evaluate Officers to place them in one of 3 sections. These sections include:
Internal Affairs
Public Relations
Field Training Program - In association with Field Operations Division
While Public Affairs and the FTO Program can be specifically requested to be joined and can even be part time jobs for Officers, IA cannot. Due to the situations IA must handle, IA is hand picked and approved by the Head of The Office of Public, Assistant Chief of Police, Chief of Police, and The Governor of San Andreas. If at any point they are denied by one of these parties with a VALID reason, the Officer may reapply to IA after 3 weeks.
